In the Sirdaryo region, enforcement actions are being carried out in accordance with established procedures against farming enterprises indebted for electricity.
The Boyovut district department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement has seized the assets of several farming enterprises to recover outstanding debts.
Specifically, due to debts of 42 million soums by the "K.Y.F" farm and 40.9 million soums by the "U.J" farm, their property was seized and placed in an impound lot.
These measures are aimed at strengthening payment discipline for electricity, reducing debt, and ensuring the rational use of energy resources. Such activities are ongoing.
