Khusanov’s agent: European scouts should consider Fayzullaev

The agent of "Manchester City" defender Abdukodir Khusanov, Gayrat Hasbiullin, has shared his thoughts on the European prospects of his fellow Uzbekistan national team member, Abbosbek Fayzullaev.

"I believe there is definite interest in Abbos. The question is when CSKA, his agents, and he himself will decide to take the step to a European league. He is one of the leaders of Uzbekistan’s national team, and I think European scouts and clubs should pay attention to him. If he’s playing this well at CSKA, he can certainly perform in Europe too," Hasbiullin said in an interview with ODDS.ru.

Abbosbek Fayzullaev joined CSKA in August 2023, transferring from "Pakhtakor" for €500,000. This season, the midfielder has played 23 matches, scored three goals, and provided six assists.

According to Transfermarkt, the 21-year-old’s current market value stands at €8 million. His contract with CSKA runs until the end of June 2026.

Last year, Fayzullaev was named Asia’s Best Young Player.
