Manchester City announce new signing

The club announced that the 19-year-old midfielder has joined the club on a free transfer. Midfielder Claudio Echeverri joined Manchester City after the South American U-20 Championship.

The 19-year-old midfielder was named the second top scorer of the tournament. He managed to score 6 goals in 9 matches. The Argentine national team won the silver medal.
