
The Italian football club Juventus dismissed Thiago Motta as head coach on March 23. Juventus sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli was disappointed with Thiago Motta.
- "I am ashamed to have chosen you," Giuntoli said in an interview with Motta.
Juventus have lost their last two Serie A matches. The club lost to Atalanta and Fiorentina with scores of 0:4 and 0:3, respectively.
Motta will receive €20 million for the early termination of his contract. Under his leadership, Juventus are in 5th place in Serie A with 52 points after 29 matches.
