Urunov scored a goal, “Persepolis” won a convincing victory in the last round

The 2023/2024 season in the Iranian championship has come to an end. The Persepolis team defeated the Havadar club in the 30th round of the competition with a convincing score at home, ending the season with a bright victory.

In this match, the Uzbek player Oston Urunov became the author of the goal. He scored his team's second goal in the 82nd minute of the match, strengthening the advantage of Persepolis. This was one of the most important and spiritually significant goals of the current season for Urunov.

In the last minutes of the match, or rather, in the 90+8th minute, Yakub Baraj put the final point in the game and made the score 3:0. The guests, however, were unable to resist in this match and left the field defeated.

This victory allowed Persepolis to occupy one of the higher places in the table. The team finished the championship in 3rd place and created a good moral foundation for the next season.
