Benfica defeats Bayern, secures first place in group
In the final match of the FIFA Club World Cup group stage, Benfica defeated Bayern Munich 1–0 to take the top spot in Group C.

The only goal of the match came in the 13th minute, scored by Andreas Schjelderup. Despite having 73% possession, Bayern failed to convert their chances, while the Portuguese side capitalized on theirs.
