— “We started the game well and it resulted in a goal. But after that, carelessness was observed among the players. They allowed a drop in effort and lost our advantage. If we had continued playing with the same attitude as at the start, there is no doubt the result would have been different,” said the coach.
“When the opponent was left with 10 men, we had to take responsibility”
Haydarov specifically noted that in the second half, after the opponent was left with one man less, the team lost its fighting spirit and showed passivity in organizing attacks with the ball.
— “In such a situation, fast and accurate crosses from the wings and individual skill are required. But our players lacked a sense of responsibility and activity. Instead of organizing attacks, they preferred to just hold onto the ball. After that, we conceded the second goal on a counterattack,” he admitted.

In response to journalists’ question about the “sixth defeat”, Haydarov answered frankly and emphasized that the coaching staff also does not shy away from responsibility.
— “Of course, it’s not just the players’ fault. Making important decisions is my responsibility. We have had open conversations with the management, and they trust us. We are also fighting for results, but we lack stability,” said the coach.
He said that to get out of this situation, the team must give their maximum effort in the next match, and that transfer and selection work will be carried out in the upcoming window.
