Manchester City is looking to sign Flamengo’s defender, Euro-football.ru reported.

Flamengo full-back Wesley has a chance to join a top club in the English Premier League, according to insider Fabrizio Romano.

Sources say 21-year-old Brazilian right-back Wesley is under serious consideration by Manchester City. The club plans to strengthen the right flank, and Wesley fits all their requirements.

Earlier reports also linked Russian club Zenit St. Petersburg with interest in Wesley. This season, the defender has made 25 appearances for Flamengo, scoring 1 goal and providing 2 assists.

His current contract runs until the end of 2028, and his market value is estimated at €20 million (approximately 272 billion Uzbek so‘m).
