One of the greatest figures in German football, Joachim Löw, who led the national team to become world champions, has hinted at returning to professional activity.
It has been revealed that he recently received official offers from several clubs and one national association. He openly spoke about this during an event held at Germany's famous "Europa Park", reports swr.de.
“In the past one or two weeks, people approached me and asked whether I was open to talk and if I had any interest,” said the experienced coach.
Joachim Löw said that he has not yet made a decision regarding the offers but is carefully reviewing each of them. According to him, at the next stage, he will thoroughly analyze the teams’ capabilities, lineups, goals, and approaches. If everything aligns, he may hold face-to-face meetings with the responsible parties.
This, of course, sparked interest in the football community. Because when you hear Löw’s name, the image of a strong Germany winning the World Cup gold medal immediately comes to mind. In the 2014 World Cup held in Brazil, Löw’s Germany became the first European team in history to win the tournament on South American soil.
After that, he continued to lead the national team for several more years but left the position voluntarily in 2021. Since then, he has taken a break from professional work and stayed somewhat away from the football scene.
Now, however, it appears he is seriously considering new opportunities and preparing to return to top-level football. Among fans, there are various speculations about which team contacted him.
Interestingly, it was previously reported that the Uzbekistan Football Association was also negotiating with the German specialist. If this is true, there is a chance we might see Löw in Uzbek football.
His return to coaching would undoubtedly be a huge asset to any team, as he brings not only coaching experience but also a modern approach to football. Therefore, his next steps could open intriguing new scenarios in the world of football. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
