Asian Championship. Today 10 of our boxers will fight for the semifinals

During the days of the Asian Championship, which has attracted great interest in the sports environment of Southeast Asia, the city of Bangkok once again witnesses championship trials. In this prestigious competition, held from July 30 to August 12, the struggles among talented boxers and youth under 22 have entered an intense phase.

Today, the quarterfinal bouts continue, and throughout the day, 10 of our young boxers defending our country's honor will enter the ring to fight for a spot in the semifinals. They will compete against their opponents in their respective weight categories, and our country's sports fans are awaiting the results with great hope and anticipation.

Today's quarterfinal pairs are as follows:

-50 kg: Behruz Kholdorov – Yojun Kwak (South Korea);

-55 kg: Samandar Olimov – Nima Bayati (Iran);

-60 kg: Shokhrukh Abdumalikov – Mohammadamin Karimi (Iran);

-60 kg: Odinakhon Ismoilova – Jui-Sin Lin (Chinese Taipei);

-65 kg: Sayat Ilyasov – Yusaka Matsuhisa (Japan);

-70 kg: Muhammadazizbek Ismoilov – Ayan Kanga (Singapore);

-75 kg: Shavkatjon Boltaev – Aman Konsbekov (Kazakhstan);

-80 kg: Rahmatullo Boymatov – Eissa Al Kurdi (United Arab Emirates);

-85 kg: Abdulaziz Abdurakhmonov – Azim Choibekov (Kyrgyzstan);

+90 kg: Halimjon Mamasoliev – Nurassil Assilkhan (Kazakhstan).

Each of our young boxers steps into the ring with psychological and physical preparation to rise even higher in their weight classes. Victories at the competition serve not only as personal achievements but also contribute to further enhancing the prestige of the Uzbek boxing school.
