The second day of qualifying matches for the Asian Junior Championships has concluded in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our athletes, representing our country on the tatami, gave the fans a delightful day.
During the day, a number of young masters from Uzbekistan successfully participated and achieved significant results. In particular, Maftuna Akhmedova, Intizor Uzakbayeva, Jurabek Eshpulatov, and Alibek Durdiyev advanced to the evening final block. They will compete for the prestigious gold medal of the Asian Championship.
It was also announced that six more Uzbek judokas will compete for the bronze medal. This is an opportunity for our athletes to demonstrate their potential and add to the medal collection.

According to the Judo Federation of Uzbekistan, there is great hope that our young wrestlers will be inspired by the training and will also delight the fans in the finals and bronze competitions.
