On October 16 of this year, in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, the Asian Football Confederation will hold an award ceremony to honor the best representatives of continental football. At this solemn event, football players, coaches, and officials who demonstrated their skills and talent in major competitions of 2025, including the U-17 and U-20 Asian Cups as well as international tournaments at the continental level, will be awarded.
It is pleasing to note that among various nominations, one of the main contenders for the title of “Best Young Footballer of the Year” is Uzbekistan U-17 national team player Sadriddin Hasanov.
In this category, Hasanov will compete with Australian Alex Badolato and Saudi Arabian representative Hamid Yusuf.
For reference, this year our young compatriot Sadriddin Hasanov was recognized as the “Best Player of the Tournament” at the U-17 Asian Cup held in Saudi Arabia.
The names of the winners will be announced during the award ceremony on October 16. We wish our footballer good luck and success!
