Barcelona’s young and promising defender Pau Cubarsí answered one of Spanish football’s most interesting questions — which Real Madrid star is harder to play against.
He was asked who causes more difficulty — Mbappé or Bellingham.
“Playing against both is not easy. Mbappé is very fast, moves across the pitch and constantly creates danger in attack. Bellingham, on the other hand, joins attacks unexpectedly, from behind or through the center. For me, Mbappé is more dangerous because of his speed and reactions. Once he touches the ball, he can finish the attack with a goal,” said Pau Cubarsí.
The young defender admitted that every minute against Mbappé is a serious test, while Bellingham demands focus through his positional play.
Fans are now eagerly waiting for “El Clásico” to see the clash between these two stars and Cubarsí.
For reference, the first “Barcelona” vs “Real Madrid” match of the new season will take place on October 26 at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid. The game falls on Matchday 10 of La Liga and will be crucial in the title race.
