The Deputy Secretary General of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), Shin Man Gil, the head of the competition organization department, Avaz Berdikulov, and the competition management manager, Xinan Yin, arrived in Uzbekistan on a working visit.
Today, they visited the National Football Center in Tashkent and familiarized themselves with the modern sports infrastructure created in the country.
During the visit, the guests were accompanied by the First Vice-President of the Football Association of Uzbekistan, Ravshan Irmatov. AFC representatives inspected the sports medicine center, recovery and wellness departments, a special hotel for football players, the VAR center, the Republican Academy, and the newly built indoor field.
During the visit, the guests highly appreciated the level of infrastructure and noted that the reforms and conditions implemented in the field of football in Uzbekistan in recent years have great potential.
The visit to the National Football Center is considered an important step towards further strengthening cooperation between the AFC and the UFA and organizing international competitions at a high level.
