The Company Will Receive a Bonus for Winning the Champions League

The head coach of Bayern, Vincent Kompany, has signed a contract with the club that will be valid until the end of the 2028/2029 season. According to Bild, the Belgian specialist’s employment contract does not include a buyout option.

However, the contract stipulates various achievement bonuses. For example, if Bayern wins the Champions League, Kompany will receive a bonus of 1 million euros.

In the 2025/2026 season, Bayern won all 13 of its games, equaling the record set by Milan 33 years ago. Notably, Bayern has won the Champions League 6 times in its history.

The last time the club achieved this was in 2020.
