As you know, I won't be able to play for a while. The good news is that the surgery was successful.

My recovery process has already begun. Thank you all for your messages and support," wrote the "Napoli" player.

Earlier it was reported that De Bruyne would be sidelined for about four months due to injury. He is expected to return to the pitch in the spring.
