Real Madrid defender Antonio Rüdiger commented on his recovery process after injury. “I am really looking forward to returning to the field.

This break was very necessary for me, because after the Club World Cup, the pre-season was very short. I am glad that everything is going well in our team and, thankfully, there are not many injuries,” said the footballer in his interview with Madrid Xtra.

The 32-year-old footballer has played only once in the Spanish league this season and has not recorded any productive actions. Currently, Real are playing away against Liverpool in the fourth round of the UEFA Champions League.
