Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton has commented on his potential transfer to Manchester United. "I don't know who is spreading these rumors.
Like other big clubs, Manchester United monitors 10-20 players. If I am one of them, it’s not that big of a deal.
My job is to prove my skills on the pitch," Wharton said in an interview with The Athletic. This season, the 21-year-old midfielder has played in 14 matches across all competitions, providing one assist.
Wharton's contract with Crystal Palace runs until mid-2029. According to Transfermarkt, the player's transfer value is estimated at 60 million euros.
