The 12th round matches of the Spanish Championship are ongoing. Madrid's "Atletico" hosted "Levante" at their home ground and initially struggled against the underdog team.
However, in the second half, Diego Simeone gave Antoine Griezmann a chance to enter the pitch. Griezmann scored two goals, the first of which came just 28 seconds after he stepped onto the pitch.
This goal set a record for La Liga. In February 2025, Getafe player Borja Mayoral scored a goal 26 seconds after coming on as a substitute against Girona.
Interestingly, "Atletico" will play their next match against "Getafe".
