Liverpool makes final offer for Konate

The Liverpool management has presented a final offer to defender Ibrahima Konaté for a contract extension, Indykaila News reports.

If Konaté agrees to the new contract, he could become one of the highest-paid players at Liverpool. It is worth noting that Real Madrid has also expressed significant interest in the defender.

This season, the 26-year-old French player has participated in 16 matches across all competitions, scoring one goal. Konaté’s current contract with Liverpool is set to expire next summer.

According to Transfermarkt, the player is valued at €55 million.
