Manchester United signs new goalkeeper

Manchester United is working on strengthening its goalkeeper position. The "Red Devils" have identified Swedish player Melker Elborg, who plays for Malmö FF in his home country, as a potential signing.

According to Sun Sport, the English club is considering the 22-year-old goalkeeper as a backup for Senne Lammens. Transfermarkt has valued Elborg at 300,000 euros.

The player has appeared in 14 matches for Malmö's first team, conceding 7 goals while maintaining 7 clean sheets. Currently, Manchester United stands in seventh place in the Premier League table with 18 points after 11 rounds.
