Dutch national team midfielder Frenkie de Jong has expressed confidence that the team will be in optimal condition for next year's World Cup. The "Oranje" secured their ticket to North America by achieving a convincing victory over Lithuania in their final qualifier match.

"I believe we will head into the World Cup in optimal shape. However, it is difficult to precisely assess our chances at this moment.

The opponents are very strong. We want to win, but there is no benefit in positioning ourselves as favorites," De Jong said in an interview with derbyderbyderby.it.
