Former Moscow Dynamo football player Pavel Pogrebnyak commented on the Curaçao national team's qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The team is coached by former Zenit Saint Petersburg manager Dick Advocaat.
"Advocaat has been proving his level of expertise throughout his entire career. I send my congratulations to Dick and wish him success.
Now I have another national team to support," Pogrebnyak told the "Championship" publication. It should be reminded that the World Cup will take place next summer in North America.
The tournament will be hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The current World Champion is the Argentina national team.
