Guardiola says he is not disappointed with Manchester City’s performance


Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola shared his thoughts following a 2-1 defeat to Newcastle in the 12th round of the English Premier League. "I am not disappointed by Manchester City's performance.

We gave it our all and aimed to close the gap with the league leaders. However, playing after the international breaks is never an easy task.

There is still a long way to go," Guardiola told journalists. Following this defeat, Manchester City dropped to third place in the league standings.

The team currently has 22 points. The gap with leaders Arsenal stands at four points, but the "Gunners" still have one game in hand.
