Newcastle to file complaint to UEFA
England's "Newcastle" football club will file a complaint to UEFA. This decision was made following unpleasant incidents that occurred after an away match against "Marseille" in the Champions League.

According to club representatives, the French police used shields, batons, and even pepper spray to control fans after the match. They stated that these measures were unnecessary under the circumstances.

"The safety and well-being of fans must always be a priority. We strongly condemn the treatment of our fans by the police," the club said in an official statement.

The match ended with a 2-1 victory for "Marseille." "Newcastle" currently sits in 11th place in the tournament standings with 9 points, while the French club is in 21st place with 6 points.
