Two Rapid Goal Records Set in a Single Day in the Premier League


Memorable events continue in the English Premier League. Manchester City’s attacking midfielder Phil Foden scored against Leeds just 59 seconds into the match on Saturday.

This was recorded as the fastest goal of the 2025/2026 Premier League season. However, just a few hours later, this record was broken.

Newcastle defender Malik Tiav set a new record by scoring a goal in the 55th second through a corner kick during the match against Everton. Could this record be broken again during the derby between Tottenham and Fulham later on Saturday evening?
