On Sunday, Inter played an away match against Pisa in the Italian championship. Despite dominating the game under Cristian Chivu's leadership, the "Nerazzurri" struggled to score for a significant part of the match.

The Argentine striker capitalized on a left-wing cross, striking it powerfully into the net from the center of the penalty area, putting Inter in the lead. In the 83rd minute, Martínez added a second goal.
Receiving a pass from Nicolò Barella near the far post from the right wing, he confidently finished to complete his brace. Shortly after, Lautaro left the field.
The match ended with a convincing 2-0 victory for Inter. With this result, the "Nerazzurri" overtook Roma in the points tally.
Inter is now just one point behind Milan, though Roma still has an evening game against Napoli to play.
