Liverpool will not sign Schlotterbeck

Liverpool has decided not to include Germany national team and Borussia Dortmund defender Nico Schlotterbeck in their squad, according to a report by Mirror.

According to the source, the Merseyside club has abandoned plans to purchase the 26-year-old player during the January transfer window. Schlotterbeck's contract with Borussia runs until mid-2027.

The German footballer's market value is estimated at 40 million euros. This season, Schlotterbeck has played in 14 matches for Dortmund, providing two assists.
