Barcelona's sporting director Deco commented on Atletico Madrid forward Julian Alvarez. The Argentine footballer is reportedly considered one of the Catalan club's primary transfer targets for the summer of 2026.
"I will not talk about Julian Alvarez or other players. He plays for another team.
When we talk about players from other clubs, their teams become unhappy with us," Deco said in an interview with Barca Universal. He also noted that one of the main obstacles to Alvarez's transfer could be his price.
According to Transfermarkt, the value of the "Colchoneros" star is estimated at €100 million. However, considering his contract runs until 2030, the Madrid club may demand an even higher amount.
