
Leonardo Balerdi, the central defender for the French club "Marseille," has attracted attention from two clubs. According to CalcioMercato, the Italian giant "Juventus" and Saudi Arabia's "Al-Qadisiyah" are reportedly interested in signing him.
Sources indicate that "Al-Qadisiyah" is ready to pay 40 million euros to acquire Balerdi. In the summer of 2020, Balerdi joined "Marseille" on loan from Borussia Dortmund and was later fully signed for 11 million euros.
The player's current contract is valid until June 2028. So far, he has appeared in 178 matches for "Marseille."
This season, he has played 14 matches, provided one assist, and received five yellow cards. The 26-year-old former "Boca Juniors" player has participated in 11 matches for the Argentina national team.
