Representatives of our country took part in a number of important matches at the World Men's Championship, which is being held in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. In the program of the fourth day of the competition, it was planned that 7 representatives of Uzbek boxing would enter the ring.
Fazliddin Erkinboyev, who worthily defends the honor of our country in the -75 kg weight category, confidently advanced to the next stage. He had a certain advantage in the fight against Vakhtang Harutyunyan of Armenia, winning with a full advantage of 5:0.
Erkinboyev demonstrated his superiority not only in movement but also in tactical approach. He did not lose the initiative during the fight, impressing both fans and specialists with the accuracy of his shots and the speed of movement.
Now he will face a very interesting and, one might say, quite unique match in the quarterfinals: Saidjamshid Jafarov, representing Georgia but originally from Uzbekistan, will be Erkinbayev's next opponent. This fight is of great interest not only from a sporting point of view, but also as a test of professional skill between the two compatriots.
Thus, today's program concluded with fights involving representatives of our country. However, the excitement of the championship is still ahead - after 6:00 PM on December 9th, fans will witness another series of strong and impressive fights.
