Wesley Fofana Suffers Serious Injury

Chelsea central defender Wesley Fofana sustained an injury during the Champions League match against Atalanta. The French player entered the field at the beginning of the second half but had to be substituted by head coach Enzo Maresca in the 76th minute.

According to Maresca, Fofana experienced vision issues, making it difficult for him to see properly. The coach emphasized the seriousness of the injury but expressed hope that the player would be ready to return to the field on Saturday.

On December 13, Chelsea will host Everton at home in the 16th round of the English Premier League. The match against Atalanta ended in a 2-1 defeat for the London side.
