Noni Madueke, a midfielder for London’s club "Arsenal," scored a brace in a UEFA Champions League match against the Belgian club "Club Brugge." The 23-year-old footballer found the net in the 25th and 47th minutes of the match.
Madueke now has a total of three goals for "the Gunners," all of which have been scored in the Champions League. According to Opta statistics, Madueke has become the first player in Arsenal’s history to score his first three goals for the club exclusively in the Champions League (or European Cup).
Furthermore, Madueke has yet to score in the English Premier League for Arsenal, despite having played in nine matches in the competition. However, he has managed to score three goals in three Champions League appearances.
It should be noted that Arsenal acquired Madueke from "Chelsea" during the summer transfer window of this year.
