Inter Defender Acerbi's Return Date Announced

Inter defender Francesco Acerbi was injured during the UEFA Champions League match against Liverpool and left the field during the first half. On Thursday, Inter released an official statement regarding the player’s medical examination results.

It was confirmed that Acerbi has a strain in his right thigh muscles. Renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano wrote on his website that Acerbi will be unable to play for at least one month.

As a result, the defender will only return to football next year. It should be noted that Inter lost 0–1 to Liverpool on their home turf.
