Manchester City selects Marc Guehi for defense


Manchester City is preparing to strengthen its defensive line. According to The Times, the "Citizens" have identified Crystal Palace central defender Marc Guéhi as a primary target in the rebuilding process.

The source highlights that City has been monitoring Guéhi over the past seasons. In the upcoming summer, the 25-year-old defender could be signed as a free agent, as his current contract with Crystal Palace is set to expire at the end of the season.

Currently, Manchester City occupies second place in the English Premier League standings. Josep Guardiola's team trails league leaders Arsenal by two points — 34 points compared to Arsenal's 36.
