Ousmane Dembele wins FIFA The Best award


Paris Saint-Germain forward Ousmane Dembélé has been awarded The Best award by FIFA, recognizing him as the best player of the year. Following the conclusion of the voting, the Frenchman was named the best player of 2025.

In the competition for the individual award, Dembélé surpassed Barcelona representative Lamine Yamal and Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappé. This achievement for the 28-year-old striker is a logical continuation of his stellar season, as he had also claimed the Ballon d'Or earlier.

Dembélé had an outstanding 2024/25 season with PSG, securing numerous trophies and scoring 35 goals.
