The World Boxing organization has announced the official list of gold medal-winning boxers based on the results of international competitions held in 2025. This ranking has been compiled based on the athletes who achieved the highest results in tournaments under the auspices of World Boxing throughout the year.
In the men's competitions, Uzbekistan's boxing school once again demonstrated its strength. Among the athletes included in the list, Fazliddin Erkinboyev and Javohir Ummataliyev stand out. Both boxers secured three gold medals each during the year, ending 2025 as absolute leaders of the World Boxing tournaments.
The ranking also features the names of several other Uzbek boxers. Among them are Akmaljon Isroilov, Asadkhoja Muydinkhojayev, Asilbek Jalilov, Jahongir Zokirov, Turabek Habibullayev, and Abdumalik Khalokov. This underscores the continuous and systematic strengthening of Uzbekistan's boxing school on the international stage.
The list is international in nature as well, including representatives from Brazil, India, Japan, Italy, Kazakhstan, and other countries. For instance, boxers such as Luiz Oliveira, Yuri Reis, Cain Reis, Sabirzhan Akkalikov, Sachin Siwach, Salvatore Attrativa, Shion Nishiyama, Sanjar Toshkenbay, Aybek Oralbay, and Bekzad Nurdauletov won gold medals while representing their nations.

Experts believe that the significant presence of Uzbek boxers on this list is a result of the country’s focus on Olympic boxing, the quality of its coaching schools, and systematic efforts with young athletes. These achievements in World Boxing tournaments instill great confidence ahead of major upcoming events.
The 2025 results indicate that Uzbekistan's boxing is solidifying its position on the international stage and continues to rank among the leading nations.
