London's Arsenal football club has proposed a player exchange deal to Juventus. The Gunners are interested in adding 25-year-old Canadian forward Jonathan David to their squad and are prepared to offer Brazilian striker Gabriel Jesus to the Turin-based club in return.
According to TuttoJuve, Juventus has rejected the proposal. The Serie A giants were reportedly concerned about the injury history of the 28-year-old Arsenal forward, particularly his recent recovery from an anterior cruciate ligament injury.
Transfermarkt values Gabriel Jesus at €20 million, while Jonathan David is estimated to be worth €45 million on the same platform.
The Canadian footballer joined Juventus this past summer as a free agent from Lille. Read “Zamin” on Telegram!
