Chelsea looking to sign defender Jeremie Jacquet from Rennes


The French club "Rennes" central defender Jeremie Jake may transfer to England, according to reports by journalists from *Le Parisien*.

According to the source, the 20-year-old player has garnered interest from London's Chelsea. The Blues are reportedly among the main contenders for Jake's transfer.

Jake has been part of Rennes since January 2024. The current contract between the parties is set to run until the end of June 2029.

The player's estimated market value is reported to be 20 million euros. This season in the French championship, the defender has played in 15 matches.
