After an exceptionally successful November, Italy's AC Milan has slowed down in December: the team has dropped points even in matches against relatively weaker sides such as Sassuolo. Additionally, the team has been eliminated from yet another cup tournament, this time the Italian Super Cup. Former AC Milan head coach Fabio Capello has expressed concern over the club's situation.
“There seems to be some kind of crisis within the club: they are losing points and conceding unnecessary goals. This doesn’t resemble Allegri's style at all.
‘Milan’ urgently needs to restore defensive solidity,” said Capello, as quoted by pianetamilan.it. It should be noted that AC Milan is currently in second place in the Serie A standings.
