Former German midfielder Toni Kroos answered without hesitation when asked about the best club he played for during his career. This was reported by euro-football.rureports.
Kroos began his professional journey at Munich’s Bayern: he played for the first team from 2007 to 2014. He then moved to Real Madrid and spent ten years in the Spanish capital. After that, he ended his playing career.
“The best club I played for? That’s a very easy question. I was lucky to take the field for ten years with the biggest club in the world. Real was one big family, and those years were incredibly productive. Without a doubt, the best period of my career,” Madrid Xtra quoted Kroos as saying.
With the “Royal Club,” the German footballer won the Champions League six times and became Spanish champion four times.
