Former Italian footballer Antonio Cassano commented on the situation that arose after Thiago Silva’s return to Europe. Many expected the Brazilian defender to return to Milan, where he had played before, but he signed a contract with Portugal’s Porto. This was reported by euro-football.ru.reports.

According to Cassano, Thiago Silva was ready to choose the Milan option, and even Zlatan Ibrahimovic supported his arrival. However, he noted that head coach Massimiliano Allegri slowed the process down.
