Arrigo Sacchi does not see Inter as the title-race favourite

Renowned Italian coach Arrigo Sacchi commented on the Serie A title battle. He does not view Milan’s Inter as the clear favourite for the season and noted that there are underlying issues in the team led by Cristian Chivu. This is reported by euro-football.rureports.

“Everyone says Inter are the favourites, but the standings are very tight. Inter have had certain difficulties before. The squad is suited to fighting for the title, but in my opinion, for now this team cannot fully show its potential,” Sacchi was quoted as saying by pianetamilan.it.

Inter are currently top of the Italian league table.
