Bayern Expect Musiala to Return in January

Bayern Munich sporting director Christoph Freund spoke about midfielder Jamal Musiala’s recovery process. According to him, the player has regained his fitness after a serious injury and has returned to training with the team. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .
Freund said Musiala will now gradually start getting match practice as well. The club representative stressed that the player’s return to the pitch in January is “very realistic”: Musiala only needs to regain match rhythm and sharpness. He also noted that the player is working with great enthusiasm to return to the team’s daily routine and the dressing-room atmosphere, and that his mood is positive.
Recall that in July 2025, Musiala suffered a fractured fibula and a dislocated ankle after a collision with Gianluigi Donnarumma, who was PSG’s goalkeeper at the time, in a Club World Cup match. The midfielder underwent surgery and has not played in official matches since.
