The football community is still discussing the statement by Bayern’s 17-year-old talent Lennart Karl about his desire to play for Real Madrid. This is reported by euro-football.ru reports .
The young footballer said he values the chance to play for the Munich club, but he did not hide his dream of moving to the “Royal Club” in the future. The remarks were interpreted in different ways and even fueled rumors about a possible imminent departure.
Nevertheless, according to journalist Tobi Altschäffl, Bayern’s management are extending the attacking midfielder’s contract until 2031. Under the deal, Karl’s salary is expected to rise from around €1–2 million per season to €5–7 million.
Lennart Karl’s current contract with Bayern runs until mid-2028.
