Real Madrid left-back Ferland Mendy has been sidelined again due to injury. This is reported by euro-football.ru reports .

The 30-year-old had only just recovered from his previous issue and came off the bench in the last two matches. However, on the eve of the Spanish Super Cup final he has returned to the treatment room: according to journalist Miguel Ángel Díaz, the Frenchman will miss Sunday’s game against Barcelona due to a calf muscle problem.

Mendy has made only three appearances this season. Rumours suggest Real’s hierarchy is considering parting ways with the player because of his recurring injuries.
