Al-Ittihad want to extend Benzema’s contract

Saudi club Al-Ittihad intend to keep striker Karim Benzema in the team. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .

According to insider Nicolo Schira, the club have offered the French footballer a new deal running until 2028. The parties are still in talks to reach an agreement.

Benzema joined Al-Ittihad in 2023 from Real Madrid as a free agent. His current contract runs until 30 June 2026. This season, the Frenchman has played 17 matches in all competitions and scored 15 goals.
