Tare says Maignan likes Milan’s project and wants to stay

AC Milan sporting director Igli Tare commented on the situation surrounding goalkeeper Mike Maignan. As previously reported, the French shot-stopper is very close to signing a new contract with the club, but the deal has not yet been officially announced. This is reported by euro-football.ru reports .

According to Tare, relations between the club and Maignan are very good: the goalkeeper approves of Milan’s project, loves the team and wants to stay. “In the end, everything will be resolved logically,” he said, adding that Maignan could be an important part of the club’s future. His words were quoted by La Gazzetta Dello Sport.

Recall that Mike Maignan has been playing for Milan since 2021.
