Bellingham's "drink" gesture: sharp response to fans

In the 7th round of the UEFA Champions League, Real Madrid defeated Monaco 6-1 at home by a large margin. Midfielder Jude Bellingham also contributed to this beautiful and complete victory: he scored in the 80th minute, once again raising the stands of the Santiago Bernabeu.
However, the episode that sparked even more discussion than that goal was Bellingham's celebration of his goal. The English footballer, celebrating the goal, gestured as if asking if he was drinking from a glass. This movement spread instantly on social networks, and various interpretations emerged.
Previously, the Spanish blogger "AuronPlay" mentioned Bellingham's alleged problems with alcohol. Naturally, Bellingham's "glass" gesture seemed to many as a response to these words.
After the meeting, Jude commented on his actions and also openly expressed his attitude towards the rumors:
"People talk differently. For this, one can both cry and rejoice. I responded to the fans. "But I know the truth," said Bellingham.
He also touched upon the fans' reaction to some players at the Bernabéu - in particular, whistles and criticism. Bellingham believes fans have the right to react this way because they work throughout the week, pay to come to the stadium, and can express their emotions as much as they want.
"I always say: fans work all week, pay to come here, and have the right to express whatever reaction they want," he said.
Bellingham spoke especially warmly about Vinicius Junior. He emphasized that he never questioned the Brazilian winger, stating that if supported by fans, Vinicius would shine even brighter.
"Vinicius performed excellently. I never doubted him. If he is supported, he will shine even brighter. When he felt the affection of his fans, he reached a new level," Bellingham said on TNT Sports.
In short, against the backdrop of the big victory against "Monaco," Bellingham's single gesture also became a big topic. But the footballer didn't shy away from this - on the contrary, he tried to put an end to the conversation with the position "I know the truth myself."
