Rumours about Chelsea attacking midfielder Cole Palmer possibly moving to Manchester United have returned to the agenda. This is reported by euro-football.ru reports .
The current season has not been very fortunate for the 23-year-old: mainly due to recurring injuries. Against this backdrop, talk has spread that he misses his hometown of Manchester, along with rumours of interest from the “Red Devils”. However, well-known insider Ben Jacobs stressed that these claims are not backed by evidence.
According to Jacobs, there is no concrete information regarding a potential move to Manchester United. While acknowledging that various opinions can emerge when a player is sidelined, he recalled that when Palmer was fit, he felt very happy at Chelsea. The journalist also noted that Chelsea do not want to sell the player, and therefore he does not see any real prospects for this transfer.
According to Transfermarkt, Cole Palmer’s market value is €120 million. The English footballer’s contract with Chelsea runs until 2033.
